Xinlei Mold&Plastic is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, production, assembly, and coating of automotive interior and exterior plastic parts molds. The company has been engaged in the mold industry for 30 years. It was established earlier in Huangyan, Zhejiang, the hometown of Chinese molds, and has now continued to expand into three major production bases:

In 2009, in order to expand Kia's mold development project, a factory was established in Yancheng and Jiangsu Xinlei Mold&Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded.

In 2014, Zhejiang Xinlei Mold&Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in Jiaxing, Zhejiang to provide molding and painting services for bumper products from major automakers such as Geely, Ford, and Leading

In 2022, in order to expand the production scale of Huangyan factory, relocate the factory, integrate "Xinlei", and re register and establish Zhejiang Taizhou Xinlei Mold&Plastic Co., Ltd

The mold company has a professional team of experienced automotive plastic mold designers, fitters, programmers, machinists, and project managers. There are currently 152 registered employees, including 18 designers, 3 quality inspectors, 8 full-time project managers, and 72 fitters. The annual production volume of large and medium-sized molds exceeds 500 sets.

Zhejiang Xinlei Mold&Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in Haining, Zhejiang, specializing in the production of automotive exterior parts and lightweight components. It has three major characteristics: systematic solutions, turnkey projects, and platform based manufacturing. It is a first tier supplier to major automakers such as Kaiyi, Heavy Duty Truck Group, Geely, Dayun, Zhongtong, Shaanxi Automobile Group, Lingpao, and SAIC. At the same time, we provide secondary support to major automakers such as Volkswagen, Ford, and Tesla. The company's technology center can synchronize the design and development of products with the host factory. All injection molds can be self-made, ensuring project milestones and development costs.
